Overview

Teams spend hours in meetings — and then more hours trying to remember what was discussed, who was assigned what, and when the follow-ups are due. Our client wanted a mobile app that eliminates this problem entirely: record the meeting, get an accurate transcript with speaker labels, and receive a structured summary with action items — all without anyone taking notes.

The Challenge

Recording a meeting is easy. Making that recording useful is the hard part. Conversations are messy — people talk over each other, background noise interferes, and the important decisions are buried in 45 minutes of discussion. The client needed an app that could cut through the noise, accurately identify who said what, and extract the handful of decisions and action items that actually matter — then present them in a format people would actually read and act on.

The Solution

We built a mobile app with a streamlined recording experience — one tap to start, and the app handles the rest. Recordings go through noise reduction before transcription, ensuring accuracy even in typical office environments. Speaker identification labels each segment so you know who said what. After the meeting, an AI engine extracts key decisions, action items with assignees, and follow-up deadlines into a structured summary. Everything is searchable by keyword, speaker, or topic, making it easy to find specific moments weeks later.

The Results

Users reported saving an average of 30 minutes per meeting on note-taking and follow-up. Transcription accuracy reached 94% in standard office environments. The action item extraction became the most-used feature, with 78% of users sharing the generated summaries directly with their teams. Teams reported fewer dropped follow-ups and clearer accountability after adopting the app.
