Titan's founders envisioned a single, unified platform that ties every material, crew assignment, inspection, and cost back to the specific work task being performed, giving project teams real-time visibility across every active job site.

The Challenge

General contractors juggle dozens of interdependent workflows — project scheduling, crew management, material procurement, equipment tracking, safety compliance, financial reporting, and documentation — often across multiple active job sites simultaneously. When these workflows live in separate tools, problems compound: a material shortage delays a task, which pushes the schedule, which impacts crew assignments, which affects costs — but no one sees the full picture until the damage is done. The client needed a platform that connects these dots automatically.

The Solution

We built a comprehensive construction operations platform organized around a task-centric architecture — every module connects back to the work being performed. Project managers get a live dashboard with financial summaries, milestone tracking, and quick actions. The operations view provides a two-week lookahead with material readiness alerts and earned value metrics that identify problems before they impact the schedule. A full procurement pipeline handles demand forecasting through purchase order delivery. Workforce management covers crew scheduling, time tracking, certifications, and productivity analytics. Integrated billing and cost tracking provide real-time financial visibility at every level — from individual tasks up to the full project portfolio.

The Results
